Since we are not builders, but project managers, you will be able to choose the best option between various subcontractors and suppliers. We will bid for tenders for you and help you select the best. Then, we will coordinate the entire building process, monitoring each phase through to the end of the project. This result in your saving on the builder´s profit-some 25-30%. By choosing the suppliers yourself, you will not have to pay twice for the same service
