New project in Marbella

El Rosario (Marbella) is a private, security and very family friendly urbanization with townhouses, bungalows, villas and really luxury villas. The urbanization is situated between Elviria centre in the east, the pay road in the north, Santa Clara golf course to the west and the coast road 340 to the south.
Right in the top, sv.renovations is designing a nice home extension for one of the most luxury villas in the area. The project includes a 50 sqm extension area, with a new bedroom and in-suite bathroom, and a new storage room. 


We are also designing a new open area  with tropical thatched roof , next to the existing swimming-pool. I will show it shortly
